Default Heads up, how to play turn 5-5

I was waiting for a short-handed 5-5 table to fill. UNKNOWN sat down and we decided to play heads up instead of wait.

I (hero) sat with 220

Villain sat with 220

Villain wins button.
He calls $5 BB

Hero: dealt Ad 10d and raises to $15

Villain: Calls $15 total

FLOP: 6h 3s 10c

Hero: bets $15

Villain: Raises to $35

Hero: Calls

TURN: 7s

POT = $100

Heads up is obviously a volitile game. So, my question is, how strong do you play this hand on turn? Fire away, check call, check raise, or check fold. What's the most appropriate play against average Joe 5-5 leading into the turn??????

All you guys that responded to my original post, and answered check raise all-in were right in this certain situation. That's what I did, and was insta-called. That kind of bothered me, but he turned over Jh 5h. Then everything made since again. The river was a Q and I doubled up on my first hand. Cashed out just so I could tell my girlfriend about my hourly rate. Thanks for responding to my post.

I bet 15 because I thought my hand was strong enough. Wasn't worried of any draw. Why bet 30?

Wtf does that mean?
Ill say something that I think is the easiest [censored] way for a beginner to improve his game.
When unsure of bet size, bet the FUKING pot!
You bet pot every time you bet, ur good.
