Default Top two vs donk/station

Villain is 76/30/0.9, will call 90% of flops with any hit or air. Those are my notes at that moment.

Obviously I don't think reraising the river does any good, but I'm torn between calling and folding.

If he calls over 90% of the time, why not make it $4 on the flop?

Mixing up .. Perhaps a little lack of concentration also.

Against someone so unpredictable, I'll typically check call a reasonable river bet.

Considering the board on the turn, I'm not sure what else he could have picked up other than a diamond draw here to. He's so passive that he has to have something solid to be raising your river. He either has a lower two pair (the only thing you're beating), set, or straight. 2 of the 3 you're losing to, but I think I call too since you did decide to value bet here (although I don't quite blame you considering his stats). Against any kind of solid player I check/call reasonable bet here.
