Default rakeback worst case scenerio

Hey just wondering if you have a rakeback account with party. Whats the worst thing that can happen, can they remove all your money from your account, or is the worst they will do is simply stop allowing you rakeback!!! Don't wont to shoot myself in the foot or do anything illegal

If you attempt to defraud party, they could wipe your HD, accidentally of course.

what activities come under the heading of defraud? does setting up a rakeback account on party count as defraud? it would really suck losing a lot of money, are there any precautions you can take, apart from simply not recieving rakeback of course!!!! cheers

I think the worst case is they'll stop paying rakeback.

They can't take your money. Worst case is your affiliate gets shutdown and you stop receiving rakeback.

realistic worst case is party won't let you play there any more. What you described would be the "best" cas scenario.

And now for the slightly more alarmist response, what would stop them from taking your money? You intentionally violated their T&C's and they can prove it. I'm pretty sure it's right in there that they can seize your funds if you defraud them, which is indeed what you're doing. Of course, it's extraordinarily unlikely that they would do this, for a host of reasons that are easy to list, but "can't" is the wrong word to describe the situation.

worst case scenarios are by definition the worst possible so....

Party files criminal charges against you for obtaining money by deception. They then treat your case as an exercise in publicity to insure everyone understands how seriously they take such fraudulent abuses of their system. You are hung out to dry and end up doing a 3 year stretch. Your affiliate, who until this point was a faceless nobody who you emailed, also get's busted and blames you and your inability to be discrete. His face, as it turns out, towers a foot and a half above yours and is attached to a body weighing 300lbs. Luckily, he decided not to beat you to bloody pulp every day inside and instead pimps your ass out at 6.6c a time to the other inmates.
