Default KKF123 Hand vs arbitrary

No need to post the history. I've been watching for 15 minutes or so. KKF has ~$43,000, arb has ~$10,000. KKF has been playing very tight. arb raises to $300 pre-flop, KKF re-raises to $900, arb calls. Flop comes with a 10 and Q in it. KKF bets $1800 (I think), arb calls. Turn is another Q, KKF goes all in, arb insta-calls for $6700. River bricks, KKF shows AA, arb shows 10 4.

As soon as KKF takes it up to $900 I know it's a big pair. How does arb insta-call this? Horrible...

If one of the best players in the world at online cash games doesn't think KKF is that predictable or that easy to read, then I doubt you can define KKF's hand range that easily. Also, Mahat has played with KKF quite a few times recently; he'd have a better read than you would.

One bad play does not define the player, but this was obviously a big pair. Was he blowing off $10,000 for metagame considerations? There were 90 observers at the time and I'd bet that 70 of them were screaming "BIG PAIR!" as soon as the $900 went in.

This is a very ridiculous statement. The people are *observers*, hence, not playing because they're not good enough. Ever heard of a player bluffing?

I disagree. The observers are not playing because they don't have tens of thousands to throw around. I watched very closely for a while and the re-raise by KKF was way out of the ordinary. On the flip side I've seen hyper-aggressives just call and been just as sure (and just as correct) that they held big pairs. I'm not saying I'd beat either of these guys, but in this case I was positive that KKF had JJ-AA.

So you would fold... Great spot for him to raise you with air there then.

Past history, and he fails to see the hand... guessing his thinking is as such, "I got one of the tens so a set is unlikey, who raise all in with a q here, he has to be bluffing"
