I'm going to have to say call the 3-bet.

SB is a TAG, so you're likely behind here to TT-AA, AKo/s, AQo/s, KQs.

MP1 is all-in, so you cannot gain anymore money from him if you hit trips/straight/flush.

Still, you have great position with an excellent multi-way hand, and it's a multi-way pot. If MP1 weren't short-stacked and SB weren't a solid TAG, I'd be more confident in going with a cap.

raise and see how SB reacts. If he reraises call.
You have top pair, a gutshot (maybe 2nd best) and a BDFD.

if we raise we're giving 8:1 hmm.... but if you call everyone has odds.

Id say its a case of calling and seeing what turn brings, Raising bloats pot and anyone with any pair has odds.

Nothing scary yet. I'd raise despite giving SB nearly 20:2 odds. So far SB is playing scared like he has AK or something.

Easy flop raise, you could easily have the best hand and you wanna protect.

Also you have a clean gutshot and backdoor flush draw so you have a big equity edge.

SB is tight and may fold his overcards. If UTG 3 bets you should cap it would be nice to trap the loose MP2 for some bets with a bad hand. If SB check/ 3bets then i'd go into call down mode.
