I'd raise the flop, lead the turn, call down if raised. You have 1 out to the nuts in the end.

Re: flopped nut straight with a three flush board.
I don't think I can find a fold here (unless a heart hits and it's not 7). I just don't want to make it too expensive. The way the OP played the hand the opponent may put him on bluff and 3bet the turn with something like Q9.

There's no way you can fold here.

Re: flopped nut straight with a three flush board.
You have to check/raise this flop to protect your hand and face BB w/ 2 cold. If the BB has a Ah or Kh, he may call anyway, but you have to try.
The way you played it, the BB looks to have a smallish made flush, slow-played JJ, J9, or is semi-bluffing w/ the Ah. I'd call the turn 3-bet planning to check/call a non-heart river or bet/fold a heart river. |

Posting Blind.
2/5 blind structure right? Fold PF. Bet/3 Bet flop. Absolutely no reason to slowplay three flush board. This makes the hand easier to play, but if he is still going crazy on the turn then call a raise. Call river and get ready to mutter [censored] |

Gotta go 4 it
if you don't fold PF, then I would still bet out flop, not CR. Scary boards sometimes get checked around. From there, as another poster said, get ready to call down if raised and say a bad word when the flush shows against your flopped straight. Odds are - it isn't out there against you and you do have a last gasp 1 out to the absolute nuts. At the Excalibur in LV any straight flush gets you a free hat. I got mine last trip.

Re: flopped nut straight with a three flush board.
Not trying to be a jerk, but is it still called the "nut straight" even if it's not the nuts? Would you call it the nut straight if the board was paired?
