Pushing ranges with short stack on the final table?
This hand just took place. This is the 3rd in last week I have made a final table, but each time unfortunatly I have a very short stack and have busted out with suspect hands similar to this. With blinds being so high, im really in a horrible position. THis time it was the $70 mtt at partypoker. Starting with 490 down to 8. Im one of the shorter stacks at the table. Blinds are going up to 3000/6000 in 1 minute. I have been card dead. 8th place pays about $700 and 7th $1100. I want to win. And my table image has been very tight since down to 20 players. Is this an easy push? I beleive it is an easy push, because I have to make a move and I still have tad bit of FE. And if called let the marbles roll as they may. Do you agree?

Looks fine.
A lot of times we end up questioning our bustout hand when we should be questioning the hands that we passed on when our stack was big enough to give us a lot more folding equity.

Just a quick (semi-fudged) calculation to give you a rough idea:
If you're getting called only by 88+, AT+, you're getting called roughly 30% of the time, and your equity's 32%. So, 30% * (32% * 26k - 22k * 68%) + 70% * 6k = +2.2k. If I loosen up table to something like 77+, A9+, KQ, then you're getting called roughly 40% of the time and have 33% equity. Thus, 40% * (33% * 26k - 22k * 67%) + 60% * 6k = +1.1k . So, play's not bad at all. I definitely don't make this if people are playing loosely, if either of the other two shorties is playing too aggressively, or if the guy with 18k's looks like he's gonna fold himself down to like 2BB.

Thanks for your comments, they were very helpful. Table was playing pretty decent. I didn't notice any awful calls by anyone. I guess second guessing is human nature, especially when the railbirds were harrassing my move.
unfortunatly in this hand I ran into Aces.
