Default Kansas city poker

Hi, I am a newbie for B & M casino play. Can someone tell me what are the good places to start playing in KC ?? I know Ameristar and Harrah's has poker rooms. I was wondering which have the softer games. I am a winning player online on 5/10 6 max and ring but not a big winner (only 1.3 BB/100)!!

What table limits are good to start off and where ? I prefer limit to NL games.

Thanks for reading and (hopefully) replying !!!

Specifically, what game (i.e. limit) are you looking for? I live in KC, and spend way too many hours in Harrah’s and AmeriStar.

I am not sure of where to start. I thought of starting at 5 10 limit and then moving up if I can survive at that level.

Thanks

It's pretty simple either way. If you want limit, stay w/ Ameristar. If you want N/L go to Harrah's except for Firday or saturday night at Ameristar.

Ameristar I am not a no limit player. Seems all the dealers from Harahs go over there to play. Game was tight but enough dead money on the table.

Is it just me or is Capri really weak, selection wise, compared to Harrahs? I went on a Saturday night and Harrahs was packed - like 15 tables and I had to wait an hour, while I wander in to Capri on a Friday and the place is desolate, 2 tables full of degenerate 4/8 gamblers.

Thanks for the info. I am planning a trip to KC this weekend and will be there from Fri to Sun. When are the tables at their weakest? I may only get out to one session.
