AJs bluff c/r
New to table so the only read I had was a stats read on UTG as 44/20/.9. Not much known about MP other than he seemed a little loose.
Party Poker 10/20 Hold'em (6 max, 6 handed) converter Preflop: Hero is BB with J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. UTG raises, MP calls, 3 folds, Hero calls. Flop: (6.50 SB) 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players) Hero checks, UTG bets, MP calls, Hero raises, UTG calls, MP calls. Re: AJs bluff c/r
i don't like it.
too much has to go right for this to work. 1. utg has to not have a king, or a decent pair that he wants to get to SD 2. mp has to have missed the flop as well, or be on a draw that doesn't come in 3. they both have to fold or you win UI which is gonna put you in a really awkward spot if you get called in both spots on the turn and the river is a blank i guess i'd like it a little more if you had some clean outs to fall back on on the turn so that you at least have a shot at improve. this is basically turns into a two or three street bure bluff against 2 opponents who you know little about. |

don't get me wrong, i'm a fan of bluffing and all but i'd just wait to choose a better spot.
if this worked out, you got very lucky imo. |

Re: AJs bluff c/r
Call me crazy, but I bet out here expecting to win the pot a majority of the time. Why trap people in this pot?

Re: AJs bluff c/r
3-bet this preflop
Since you didn't, I'd much rather make a move on the flop. If you get 3-bet on the flop you can just about gaurantee you are behind, but it also makes your bluff on the turn a lot more believable. However, I think ALL of this bluff crap is just too much tricky play - save it for the live games. It all goes back to how the hand plays so much differently when you 3-bet PF. |

Re: AJs bluff c/r
With MP calling I definitely fold the flop. Are you a maniac?

If this is your default line it's really horrible.

Re: AJs bluff c/r
No way you're folding them both out on the turn. And then what?
Looks like you spewed a little bit here. |

Re: AJs bluff c/r
If u like this bluff u got to bluff a lot when u miss because there is nothing in your holecards, in the flopped cards, in your position or in the flopaction that gives u a reason to bluff.
