No, he's raising you because he has the flush (or just possibly the straight). It would be silly to raise here without a hand that beats queens up.

[/ QUOTE ] don't forget you also have outs to a flush higher than the one he is showing and the A of clubs is dead. I think you are getting about 8:1 to call the raise and if you hit your boat you will get at least 2 bets out of him. I don't think it is an automatic fold.
