Default 6 6max pf scenarios

This is inspired by a recent pf discussion that I'm not going to link [edit: yet] for fear that it will slant the responses.

You're in a microlimit 6m game, in the BB. It's folded to the guy in the SB, who limps. What's your play if:

1) Villain is 50/1/0.7...
a) ...and you have QTo?
b) ...and you have Q6o?
c) ...and you have Q4o?

2) Villain is 40/15/1.2...
a) ...and you have QTo?
b) ...and you have Q6o?
c) ...and you have Q4o?

Yeah, that's why I'm trying to find out everyone's opinion on. I don't want to suggest anything yet tho.

Agaisnt loose passive opponents, keeping the pot small allows me to exploit postflop mistakes better. They haven't made much of a preflop mistake against me, and they aren't going to be making another one by calling my raise unless they have a specific hand that's dominated by me. I check all these, and bet any flop when checked to.

Ditto unless it's truly heads up, like on Absolute where SB=button when its just 2 players, but the other way around when there are 3 or more.

If I check preflop and villain checks the flop to me, I am betting literally 100% of the time. That flop looks just scary to villain as it does to me.
