I support the concept of a death penalty, but right now we need a moratorium as it is currently administered in a very provably racist way.
I'm also pro-choice for the first trimester, pro-life after that- same as the Supreme Court. So I guess I've vote pro for both.

The day before the first trimester is up, the fetus is not a human, but after that, he is? Where is that line? At midnight when the clock strikes? edit: and you support the "concept" of the death penalty? You support terminating what is debated to be human, but are ok with killing what is definitley a human? I'm confused.

Also to properly and accurately figure the first trimester exactly you need to know EXACTLY when conception occured and EXACTLY when birth WILL (or would) occur. Otherwise it probably makes sense to use an arbitrary best guess because without such things life would be a totally fungible mess.

[/ QUOTE ] It depends, if it's Sunday, Tuesday or Thursday then the line is at 5:46PM (Philipines Time) If it's Monday, Wednesday or Saturday the line is at 8:13 AM (Dominican Republic time) If it's on Friday then it's 10:36PM (Crawford, TX time) [ QUOTE ] I'm confused.
