Default Call All In with Trips?

The question is, do I put him on A3, 86, 63, 7s or 5s, or do I figure he made TPTK, a straight draw, a flush draw, some kind of bastard two pair that he never should have played, etc. I have seen villian go all-in with TPGK before but that was against a VERY aggressive player. I have been playing fairly solid poker (for me at least), nothing fancy other than the occasional move post flop to try to take down the pot (such as the one seen here, although this one is risky against so many players). I had taken a big pot from villain before when I bet a flush draw on the flop, checked the flush on the turn and bet again on the river. He called me with AK high on that hand.

I wouldn't put him on a str8 or top set with an overbet like that. I'd guess overpair or pair with a draw or something.
I'd call.

call.. he hasn't done enough to convince you that he has a straight or higher set. He might have it occasionaly but most of the time you're good here.

Definetly call. I say he has top pair at this point, and if he does have a straight you still have out. Very few but atleast you have a couple to make your FH or Quads.

Insta-call.

If it is set over set, then it wasn't meant to be.
If he has an unlikely straight, you have outs to a boat.

Why don't you include A7s in your range of hands? A flat call on the flop with TPTK makes some sort of sense. What abbout 88/99?

If he thought you were on the flush draw because of the prior hand, he could be trying to punish you when a non-flush scare card came.

I have a real tough time trying to figure out why you bet the flop. I also think you underbet the turn, for me it's either a check/push or a 2/3 pot bet out.

I can't see myself folding the turn, if he has the straight you have outs, but it would seem he'd want to milk you a little more rather than pushing and making you fold your made (and inferior to a str8) hand.

This hand is a trainwreck to me because of your flop action, and also because your turn bet.

Isn't his push the ideal scenario for you, given the size of your turn bet? This is a very easy call. I'm not surprised by A3, but it's poorly played.

Agreed w/ above poster. Leading the flop is pointless. Keep the pot small.

I don't see a problem with leading the flop... a bet there could easily take it down, that's not exactly an action flop.

3 other people in the hand is abit much, but i still think a flop bet is profitable here.
