Villain hasnt seemed over aggressive at the HU so far, though this is like hand 4. At the 6-Max he was a LPP with stats like 40/5/1

Looks good to me. When a LP-P player shows aggression particularly at 3/6 he very often has got a good hand. I would play it the same.
