Default whats the deal with UB\'s 4/8 game?

UB's 4/8 limit game uses 1/2 blinds. preflop, you can call 2 or raise to 6. wtf is this? why are they using this wack azz structure.

what adjustments do i need to make in this game structure?

That's a "mini-blinds" version of the 4-8 game. In the main lobby there's a category called "type" that shows you this, some of the games have a kill button too for instance.
