multi-table tournaments in Vegas? - cross-post from B&M
I am going to Vegas for the first time from September 22-26. I looked on pokerpages.com and hendonmob.com, and I don't see any multi-table tourneys listed during that time. Would you expect to find multi table tourneys in Vegas on those dates, and, if so, where would I find a schedule? Thanks.

BUMP
I just got back from my 1st trip to Vegas a few days ago. You can check www.allvegaspoker.com, they have a good listing of tourneys. I played in MTT's at the Sahara and Binions and they were run fairly well with decent payout structure and the tournies were pretty soft. Not sure what buy in you are looking for but these run around $70 each depending on rebuy and add-on. Good luck! |

Thats a very good link Johan.
I've Googled Vegas tourney stuff and found All Vegas, which is also very good and it was mentioned by another poster in this thread. I hadnt come across that tourney schedule before. I played the Binion's tourney twice when I was out there in May and most of the players were not very good. The staff did a pretty good job of running it. The only thing I didnt like was the blinds went up too fast. I got lucky and caught pocket aces twice at the right times and wound up chopping 1st/2nd in one of the tourneys. I didn't feel like I played great. I played just ok and caught cards at the right time. Good luck is a must at these games. |
