Default casino is really pissing me off!

I will not state which one...yet. I do not want to trash them if I do indeed get paid but.

I played through the 30x wr in blackjack for there terms and conditions did not exclude it.

So, I cashout, get an email stating that blackjack IS excluded, I email them back, with a copy of there T&C, stating that blackjack is NOT excluded, they email me back, saying I did not play the right games, I email tham back, say please, for gods sake, read what I emailed you, your own T&C, they email me back, with a copy of the T&C that clearly does NOT exclude blackjack and say please trust these assists. I email them back saying OK, I do trust what you just wrote, and BJ is NOT excluded, again, you just wrote this to me, AGAIN SEE BELOW, AGAINARGASFLJDA:L. Jesus, are they that stupid.

OK

ah screw it, I am sick of it. Now they claim that, you must wager your original deposit once with any game BUT after that, to cash it out you must wager only on slots and keno.

Yet, under there first time player 150% deposit bonus t&c it states:

150% WELCOME BONUS (UP TO $150 FREE).

1. This promotion is limited to the initial (first ever) purchase made by a first time new Real Player, and is for use at Jupiter Club Casino only.

2. This promotional bonus is not valid if any other promotional has previously been awarded to the Player's Real Account.

3. A WELCOME promotional bonus means that your account will be credited with a 150% BONUS (maximum $ 150), in relation to the initial amount purchased. This means, for example, that if your first Real purchase is $ 20 you will receive a WELCOME BONUS of $ 30 for FREE. If your first Real purchase is $ 100, you will receive a bonus of $ 150.

4. The WELCOME promotional bonus is not valid in conjunction with any other promotional bonus offers.

5. The WELCOME promotional bonus will automatically be credited within 24 hours, or on the first business day, after the appropriate minimum wagering requirements have been met.

6. Players need not qualify for their WELCOME BONUS immediately and have up to 72 hours after registering as a Real Player to qualify.

7. The original purchase amount MUST BE wagered in full in order to receive your welcome promotional bonus.

8. The WELCOME BONUS may only be cashed-in after the Player wagers and amount that is twenty (20) times the original purchase and bonus amount combined. This means that if you have purchased $ 25 and received a bonus of $ 50 for free, then you are required to wager $ 1500 (i.e. ($25 + $50)*20) to cash out the bonus.

9. In order to receive the first time purchase-bonus the player can bet on any games EXCEPT ALL FORMS of Craps, Roulette and Baccarat, these games do not count toward meeting the wagering requirements.

It does not mention cashout the bonus.

I've been down that kind of road before though.
I can't stand casinos that have misleading TnC's like Jupiterclub.
I have now resorted to calling customer service before my deposits for casinos with vague sections in their TnC's or if their is any part I am not 100% sure of.

ok, I have 379 total in my Jupiter account. I either have to play 20xDB = 5000 or 30xb +4500 depending on which instance of the T&C they choose for that day.

Is there any +ev on this playing slots or Keno; or should I just try to get my original $100 deposit back?

Might as well try some multiline slots until your back to your original $100 (unless they have a rule against cashing out after you lose your bonus)

Jupiter is microgaming, right? Well, if you have to bet $5000, slot HA is about 5%, so you'll lose about $250, leaving you +29. Keno pick 11 is 2.5% (I think, check wizardofodds.com), leaving you +150.

Alternately, you can try to double or triple up before you clear the WR (i.e. play it like a sticky bonus). This increases your variance and EV.

bonuswhores forums had Jupiter covered as "not recommened" over a year ago.

always do a search there before deposting at any site which seems good at first glance, the BW vets have everything covered. if not, the strike team will go over T&C's with a fine tooth comb for you. 2+2 alone is not adequate enough for the online casino knowledge base.

I ususally do research the sites. The problem was, I was on some link (I was thinking through an OBG email link of some sort/I cannot find it now) that had a list of casinos (about 50 probably) that was supposedly backed by some people as being good ones and that if you did not recieve money, etc., you could talk to this group and they would help you get the money.

I can not, for the life of me, find this page anymore. It was something like OGB backed casinos or something similar but I have looked through OGB and, nothing.

almost all (if not completely ALL) the Microgaming casinos are covered by casinomeister and eCOGRA. these guys will definitely help you out in the event of non-payment of legitimate winnings. however, this is not your situation. yours is simply a misunderstanding of the T&C which led to the advertised bonus not being as good as you thought it was. the casinos (nor the watchdogs) aren't going to go out their way to help you figure out what is the best online gambling value for your dollar.

beaucracy is not what you seek, rather, a unbiased opinion from your peers is your best protection against legitimate ('you will get paid'), but "bad" (-EV) bonus deals. hence the incalculable value of the free BW casino forum archives.

I'm pretty sure you won't have to learn this lesson twice.
