With the inner workings and cultures of eastern Asia being mostly unkown to us Westerners, combined with the large population and thus the opportunity for diversity within this group, everyonce in awhile some Westerner is going to be presented with an Asian doing something they've never seen before, and the "WTF" response will be elicited.
