Don't do it. [/ QUOTE ] I'm already doing it, but I'm pretty convinced I won't actually use the room. |

I hear they have stand-up only showering facilities in the rooms...Tiny too, like a motel 6.

I don't know why they haven't torn it down yet.

Total dump and in an inconvenient location. Stay somewhere on the South End of the strip...I recommend Flamingo. Reasonable rates, nice hotel right across the street from Bellagio, down the street from Mirage and not too far from Wynn. I really like the location.

I dont stay there anymore. Here's a little known secret about vegas. The Monte Carlo is the best deal in town if you call the poker room and tell them u will be playing there. They will give u a discounted rate that is cheaper than the Westward Ho...and its a really really nice hotel. That's where I stayed during the WSOP this year.

I have never known anyone not to be disappointed with the excalibur. My two picks for nice enough and usually reasonable are the Monte Carlo and Harrahs. The Orleans is surprisingly nice, if you're willing to be off strip.

Well, it sounds sucky, but the trip is already booked. Is there anything good about it?
