Default Red Zone Strategic Question.

Low limit on-line MTT.

I have T7,100. The blinds are 500-1000. No antes. 9 players on the
table.

I'm on the cutoff with K2o. According to Harrington, my M is 4.75
so I'm in the top part of the red zone.

The BB has T24,000 and the SB has T18,000. While they are not
very loose, they can afford to gamble.

Question # 1:

Is it better to move all-in here because there are only 3 players
left behind me, or should I wait one more round and make a move
then in a similar situation assuming that I loose the blinds and
don't pick up a better hand ?

Question # 2:

Lets say I fold in Question # 1.

I pick up KQs UTG+1. There is one fold before me, but now there
are 10 players on the table, 8 players behind me.

Should I move all-in now ? Did I position myself to a
better situation than with the K2o ?

Question # 3:

Lets say I steal the blinds in Question # 1. Now my M is 5.75,
no longer in the red zone but will get there again in two hands.

I pick up the same KQs UTG+1. Should I now make a standard raise of
2-3 BB and leave myself with an exit in case of a re-raise, or
perhaps I should move all-in or fold ?

Thanks in advance for your input.

#1, probably go all in.

#2 and #3 for sure I would go all in.

edit: just to clarify my reasoning... For #2 and #3, whether you have an M of 4 or 6, that's still pretty low. And KQs is simply too powerful to pass up. You've also got first in vigorish (as Harrington likes to call it).

In #1, your K-high isn't wonderful, but you've got a decent amount of folding equity. Unless I felt there was an unusually high chance of getting called by the blinds, I'd probably push.

Here is a great discussion of the KQ question.
The K2 from the CO depends on your image and the players on the blinds.
Assuming you are 40% against anyone who calls (generous) they will have to fold ~50% of the time (collectively: the three of them) to make this positive. If you've been playing tight you can push here.
