Have you ever dried your clothes for not quite long enough, and they sit in the dryer just slightly damp and get a kind of funky musty smell to them. Even if you then dry to completion, the smell is still there. Do you need to re-wash, or is there something else to do?

Toss in a couple of scented Bounce sheets and run the dryer another cycle.

re-wash with bleach, dry with a bounce sheet or two. That musty smell is really gross.

Are you letting these clothes sit for an hour? A week? I feel like it might be closer to the latter if there's a smell being formed.. |

[/ QUOTE ] But the smell was caused by mildew. Just drying the mildew is not going to get rid of it. Maybe the smell will be gone but that's it. Seriously REWASH IT! |
