Sole
I've got a recipe from a friend using this fish. I googled it and the fish looks pretty gross.
I've never had it...Is it any good? |

very
edit salt and pepper dredge in flour saute in butter squeeze lemon over it at the end of the cooking take out fish pour some wine in the pan and mix pour sauce over fish. |
