Default Watches

I am looking into getting a nice watch in the price range of 300-700$. I know next to nothing about about watches but I figured there are some knowledgable people on here.

What is a good company?
What watches should I stay away from?
What watch do you have?
etc. etc.?

I am open to any and all styles. I just want it to fit me so post away!

I read OOT pretty frequently and I don't recall one thread asking for advice on a good watch. Link me to two threads in the last two weeks and I won't bother with the topic anymore.

Sorry, I don't know why the links didn't work. The point is, there have been 6 different watch threads in the last 3-4 months, and they were all pretty much the same.

When you use the search function to find a post, copy/pating the url won't work sometimes. I can't explain why. But, it's happened to me a couple times.

TinyURL.com is your [censored] friend.

If you still can, edit that nonsense out and try again.

I'm a Carpel/Tunnel, I think I know how to post links. I did it the way I always do. It worked fine in the preview post screen, but not in the actual post for some reason.
