my cat and its not even close.

seriously, whats up with these not even close remarks. Its obviusly close. ESPN, Harrahs, IRS, The guy who won...its all close.

I believe it's a reference to Ed Miller's post about the relative profitability of online games vs. B&M games where he said "online, and it's not even close". Sort of like how people will close their post with a Mason-esque "Do you see why?"

I'll let others elaborate.

Im not entirely clear on why Hellmuth is even an option, will someone clarify.

Perhaps he mistyped the poll title and meant "whiner"?

Hellmuth commentated on the Cardplayer live feed for maybe 12 hrs - maybe that makes him a winner in terms of extra publicity, etc. And he did pee next to Matusow in the bathroom.

And how - throw as many chairs/tantrums as you want, that was some great and dedicated reporting by him and his "co-anchors". It's probably been said hundreds of times in the past twenty-four hours, but my hat's off to cardplayer - that was a fantastic broadcast.

Absolutely.

I like Hellmuth now more than I ever have before.

He needs to become a poker commentator, or something. The guy is amazing to listen to, and extremely entertaining.
