Is he Bluffing?
5-10 nine handed NL. Really don't have any good reads on villian. I pride myself on my ability to make good reads, ie.
catching bluffs and making appropriate laydowns. I open raise to 35 in late MP. Button calls, and blinds fold. I have around 1100 and button has 850. Flop comes K T 2 rainbow. I bet 50 and he raises to 100 and I call Turn K T 2 4 rainbow. I check and he bets 150. I call. River K T 2 4 4 I check and he pushes. What's my best play? Bruce |

Re: Is he Bluffing?
Fold preflop. You're considering calling an all-in with 2nd button, top kicker and no read?
This is the way I'd play KJ if I was the Button. You might, maybe, possibly have sold this hand with a standard open raise, a pot sized continuation bet, then an over-the top re-raise. and if the button is still there, ya gotta give it up. |

[/ QUOTE ] If he tries this, there can't be much left to give up after the reraise - if anything at all. I couldn't think of a worse line OOP, but thats maybe because I don't play 5/10. I think he should stick to the fold pf advise. By the way, fold that river all-in without even giving it a thought. |
