Default 90% sure of oppenents hand worth 280$ on a bluff?

Atlantic City 1-2NL
Hero(800) (played supertight at this table actually had the table talk about on how few hands he played. For once im a rock)
Villian(1200) (A loose supper agressive bets 100% of flops for 50$. He has ran all over the table and bets whenever no one has opened. His play is predictable yet everyone is afraid to playback. From my experience he neverslowplays anything. One more note, he raises at least 1 or 2 times an orbit so his raises mean almost nothing)
All others not important

Hero is on the button with A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
Villian is MP+2 and it is folded to him and he raises to 25$

Hero reraises to 60 Villian calls.

Flop K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]7 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]4 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

Villian bets 50$ (no surprise)
Hero reraises to 120$ Villian waits a miniute or two and calls.

Hero is now 90%+ sure villina has a mid-pair 99-1010-jj
Turn is 2 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
Villian checks
Hero bets 150$

Given my reputation as supper tight and my read how is my play? Good time to bluff or crazy?
Comments appreciated on all streets

is $150 how much you would bet with AK in this spot and does villain know this?

if so I like it.

otherwise I make it 200 to 250.

Given your read and image I like the bluff. It looks like a value bet (consistent with your image?). Normally I would check behind to for the free draw, but in this particular situation it looks good. One thought though, most opponents you've described like this will call down despite thinking they're beat (fools.) Is he capable of folding his mid pair?

Hope it worked,

To me (a super agg. loose player) that bet from a rock looks like AK or the flush draw. With the raise on the flop i would almost have to put you on the AK. But then again, I wouldn't have a middle pair when i thought about it for a few minutes. I'd have a set and be very very happy.
