Re: Keeping book on peeps
Live or or online?
Online, probably a waste of time unless you play on a very small site. Live very good. Either way, even if you dont use it for a profit, it always helps to figure out ways to exploit types of players |

Re: Keeping book on peeps
I think it is useful in the sense that it is a great way to work on classifying oponents and looking for ways to exploit them. But with so many players I doubt it will be of a ton of use for actual play against your book of players

Re: Keeping book on peeps
yeah, i'm finding it easier to classify opponents, seeing if they can be bluffed and where, what kinds of hands they are showing down, and if i have time some of their betting patterns lol

Dont knock it, that may be the most important skill in NL, MTTs

Re: Keeping book on peeps
I wouldn't call it a waste of time. Often, people show up at the same tourneys over and over.

Re: Keeping book on peeps
if you are on party, the odds of having one of 100 players at your table isnt worth it, if there werent any positive externalities (econ alert)
