Umm... All-in is an unusual overbet compared to the pot. (8x) Unless you think this encourages a call from weaker hands, I'd rather raise normal, pot-size most times, but I'd call on the river here.
You really need to rethink your bet sizes if you're going to push the turn or river. I make it at least t75 on the turn over the top of the turn minbet, and go from there. JT board with 2 hearts = scary. |

Seriously I'm not sure you could hvae played this worse. You killed the value of your hand by betting it in such a way it only gets called by something better. Raise the turn with uber draws out and if he still throws out a small blocking bet on the river call.

I'm reraising on the turn. The river is either going to be scary or a brick, so if you just call the turn, the tough river decision will be yours, not the villain's.

On the turn you need to be raising. You have flush and straight draws out there. |
