Default Gaming Club Challenge the final countdown!

This is it! Tonight I’m going to finish off the Gaming Club challenge. Afterwards, I’m considering not playing poker for several hours and consuming mass quantities of beverages.

It’s just before 2 PM Pacific time and I have 1669 hands to go. I’m thinking that with a short dinner break I will likely finish sometime around 8 o’clock pacific.

Naturally, all are invited to play or watch. I wanted to give a prize to the final hand winner if they belong to the forum, so we have come up with this:

Post here, or give me a “sup bro” or “brown trout” at the table so that we know you are from here. If you win the hand that the “blessed event” of finishing the challenge comes on, you get a 1% share in BOTH myself and Havana Banana.

Havana has also promised an entry into his “get a piece of me” tournament for all 2+2 at the table when the hand hits.

Just a few more hours, baby!

Awesome ... Awesome ... Awesome.

I hope you are wearing your shirt when you hit "THE HAND."

Also: So very well done finishing on exactly the day set to finish on!

good idea, I'll put it on when we get close. I normally play in the nude when home (there is no one in the apartment but me and the cat), but will make an exception this time.

Congrats AA, seriously, that's awesome. Have a blast in Vegas. I had to throw in the towel after 65,000, it became obvious after that I wouldn't have been able to finish, plus I lost a lot. I've never been so miserable playing poker, and after having gotten that far and having to quit, I know what this took and how hard it was. Anyway, enjoy the wsop and tell havanabanana I said whats up when you see him in Vegas. Nice work again, I'm glad one of us finished this thing!!

thanks soul,

I was really sorry to see you go, it would have been great to have some company at the end. You worked very hard.

it's been a long hard struggle, but I've learned a lot. Hopefully I can transform the "germ free zone" into the "tilt free zone" and put my life more in balance.
