Re: KK Preflop fold Level 1?
I MIGHT lay down QQ lvl 1 if I have previous notes that he is super tight. But at lvl 1 you have the biggest concentrations of donks. You need to capitalize on this before they all bust out with A9o all-in preflop. Call QQ too.
Also, what lvl is this? I only have experience up through 30s (which I assume you're at considering the question). |

Re: KK Preflop fold Level 1?
Unless you know that this is a very strong, very tight player then an easy call and even if he is that strong, tight player it is a call for me although I wouldn't be as surprised when he flipped over AA...

Re: KK Preflop fold Level 1?
Folding KK pre-flop is always wrong (almost always).
I really hope you didn't fold here. I wouldn't lay down QQ here either. |

Re: KK Preflop fold Level 1?
Call.
I experimented with the Level 1 KK open-push in a 22 last night. I was UTG on the first hand and figured what the hell, push. The first caller had TT, so I consider the experiment a success. The second had AA. That's an occupational hazard. Do whatever you can to get all your chips in preflop with KK. SlimP |

Re: KK Preflop fold Level 1?
the range of hands the average sng player would push with here is so large that folding would be a crime. A CRIME I TELL YE. Also, even if he turned up AA, it doesnt mean that folding was the right play.
