POKERINCOME AND TAX - US PLAYERS
Do you guys requests checks from neteller, put it in your bank, and never tell it to the IRS?
If so - can they find out that you endorsed the check - and will they? Does the bank report it to the IRS - and does it depend on the size of the amount? Hope someone here can answer these "shady" questions.... |

Re: POKERINCOME AND TAX - US PLAYERS
banks report large deposits into your bank account as well as regular deposits.
the only way the man isn't going to find your stuff in an audit is if there's no paper trail. |

What if you just endorse the check without putting the amount into the bank account?

What if you just endorse the check without putting the amount into the bank account? [/ QUOTE ] Take the check to one of those EZ Cash check cashing/title loan joints. Rub out the Pay to the Order part and write in Abdhul Al-Jha-Paymeez. Be sure to wear a towel on your head and when you get the cash scream, "LA-LA-LA-LA-LA-LA-LA-LA-LAAAAAaaaa!!!!" and then ask where the local Federal Building is at so you can illegaly park your van. If they need an ID, show them your cancelled airline pass. |

Re: POKERINCOME AND TAX - US PLAYERS
We all pay our taxes. I am mailing out my estimated tax payment today.
If it is a significant amount of money I would not want to take any chances. I for one want to stay out of federal pound me in the ass prison. |
