Default Crypto Lightning/Speed LHE Tables

[ QUOTE ]
our Lightning Tables will be - designed specifically for those that like to play and like to play fast!
These games are set up to a higher-speed and are labeled “Lightning” in the lobby, here's how they differ:

Decision time is changed from the (new) normal 22 seconds to 12 seconds
Winning and losing hands are automatically mucked
Due to the fact that a player has less time to make a betting decision, Lightning games are only available for limit games only

[/ QUOTE ]
anybody have any experience yet playing in these games..how are they?

I have played them at Car Sun and they are aggravating me bigtime. I get no audio warning before my hand gets folded. And no beep when it's my turn. It's a killer for multitablers. Just a beep, thats all I'm asking.

That's ridiculous no audio alerts for a speed table. I have 4 months of backed up bonuses to clear at InterPoker but I hate the software.

I'll give a shot sometime this week.

seems they are addressing the wrong problem regarding their software.

Part of the reason the games go so slowly there imo is because it's sometimes hard to tell when it's your turn (there seem to be difficulties with the table coming to the front of the screen in this situation compared to other sites).

If I multi between crypto and party-skin for example it is not uncommon for me to see my clock almost down to zero on the crypto table sometimes simply because I never saw or was alerted that it was my turn (or if there was an alert it was too easy to just miss completely).

It appears that their 'speed' tables just give the players less time and then auto-folds them.
But if you didn't have 2 or 3 players at each table failing to realize when it is their turn in the first place it wouldn't go so slow imo.

This is not a problem that I typically have at other sites. I am usually able to tell when it is my turn and I don't time-out nearly as much anywhere else as I do sometimes on crypto.

The frickin beep at crypto is nearly silent. I had my box set for Party/AP/UB/etc and was playing crypto - all of a sudden I was barely catching tables. I heard the baby beep, assumed I'd turned my volume down for some reason, turned it up. Opened a Party table and nearly came out of my skin when the Party table sounded off.

I closed the Party table and finished the crypto bonus.

William Hill did a total upgrade to thier software. You can actually look at it and not throw up.

In the past it seemed like anytime I wanted more than 2 Crypto Tables up, it bogged down my system that i would time out ALL THE TIME. WH has changed, and I can get three (albeit still sluggish)

The others haven't followed suit, and I still can't get more than two tables going without routinely timing out.
