Right or wrong to hit the gas here?
SB is a pretty solid player. UTG is a calling station.
Should the turn have been a smooth call to get everyone to come along to the river? Or do you just let aggression kick in and bash it like this? Ultimate Bet 0.50/1 Hold'em (10 handed) converter Preflop: Hero is BB with T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. UTG calls, 7 folds, SB completes, Hero checks. Flop: (3 SB) T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players) SB bets, Hero calls, UTG calls. Turn: (3 BB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players) SB bets, Hero raises Results later. |

Re: Right or wrong to hit the gas here?
Since the 2 is a brick in this instance, I go ahead and go for the overcall from UTG on the turn, bet/raise the river. If you're lucky, UTG is playing 54 or 2 spades.
