Default Ever slowplay this?

BB is decent a decent player.

Absolute Poker 1/2 Hold'em (6 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is SB with A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
4 folds, Hero raises, BB calls.

Flop: (4 SB) J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero ???

I'm always raising this PF.

Nah, he'll give you credit for a blind steal and thats about it. Keep betting. Hope he plays back if he gets any piece...

Bet. I'm always more suspicious when someone raises PF then checks the flop HU; especially if it's a possible blind-steal.

i think i'd bet it. it looks like you are on a steal, so I doubt the BB puts you on an overpair.

i don't like slowplaying aces, keep betting and be happy with any pot you get from this. slowplay and let him catch a free winning card? EW, AA is strong but not invincible. I have lost the last 3 AA hands due to these hands: A5o, AQo, JJ. Each hand I raised raised bet bet bet....ewww....

based on the pf action, I think we need to make a slight change to that statement

nice post dude

------------------------------------------

about the hand : looks fine. the more you fire the more it looks like a steal. if you never clicked the check or buttons holding aces you'd probably still be able to turn a profit.

--------------------------
edit again because I'm retarded

against a tricky opponent who has played back at you, you may try to c/r this flop. If it gets checked through, you can stab at the turn and he'll probably play back. This only works against LAGs and maniacs, and is probably the only situation I might check this flop.

Limping preflop is absurd. These guys will defend with a lot of hands (as they correctly should). Bet flop and go from there.

in .50/1, you must completely disregard the notion of slowplaying.

whatever you have, there will always be donks out there to give you money.
