Well... I finally fired back at Party Support
Crap like this really makes me glad I don't play there very often anymore.
My response (Original question and party's reponse below) Dear Support, You didnt even answer my simple question. Rather than simply sending a preformatted response in lightning quick time that doesn't even come close to answering my question I would have much rather waited a little longer to get some connection between your response and my original question. Thank you. ~Justin [ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] --- info@pay-pro.com wrote: > Dear Justin, > > Thank you for contacting Transaction Customer > Service at Pay-Pro. > > In regards to your account "Jurollo83" at > PartyPoker, we would like to inform you that your > Cash Out request of $1,090.00 via e-Checks by > iGM-Pay on (06/11/05 date) is currently being > reviewed. > > Cash out requests are submitted to our internal > review team for approval (to ensure fairness) before > they are processed, This normally takes 24-48 hours. > Once approved, your funds are issued according to > the payment method you selected. > > Once we process the cash out it Normally takes about > 3-7 business days for the funds to show up in your > bank account. You're calling me a douch bag in a thread you started about "firing back" at some automatic email reply from Party Poker.

Re: Well... I finally fired back at Party Support
In the same, or less, time that it took you to send that response e-mail you could have just sent another copy of the original e-mail and maybe have gotten a useful reply from a different rep.
We all know Party's support sucks, you just gotta learn to live with the headaches of it. |

Re: Well... I finally fired back at Party Support
Don't listen to these idiots. I think every time a customer sends an angry e-mail it (albeit small) raises the likelihood of businesses conducting business properly.
