Default Ok I quit this is not worth of it

I had been running 3months in a row bad in oneline poker site while winning good at others, but I still for some reason continued playing at that one site because games were supposed to be great.. so today i thought i make my last deposit there and if i get once again busted even in those games i quit at that site forever... so i went to my normal games and typical [censored] just continued i dont hit, if i hit someone hits better or outdraws latter everybody was again playing just horrible so i dropped 3buyin in my normal game fairly quickly and bang TILT came i decided to deposit little more and get my moneys back from the bigger game... no such a luck lost couple hug pots to four outter and when most of the money went in when i had the best hand... at this point i took all my moneys to my sportsbook account(this happened in one sportsbook skin) and was going to cashout rest of it.. but then i saw the casino and even tho i had asked for bans to the casino(because of this [censored] tilt issue) and they had promised to fix it i was still able to play there and lost rest of my deposit by playing $500 round blackjack..

summary=i lost half of my bankroll within 16hours...

so i think its better quit playing now im so pissed to myself because of this tilt and i just fear that next time might happen something worse

and i suppose these are pretty normal things when you have gambling problem and im starting to feel that i might have it

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH I WANNA BANG MY HEAD TO WALL UNTILL THE WALL COLLAPS

sorry to hear that dude. i have been victim of this feeling as well "i'm raising with my premium hands and keep missing! i keep getting sucked out on! i'm getting COLD CARDED EVERY DAY!" i coached baseball for 6 years+ (moved up each year from 12 year olds, 13 year olds, 14-16 and 16-18)

Anyway...losing/missing etc is a state of mind and when you're in it, it's HARD to get out. I've seen many strong pitchers go through slumps "The umpire is garbage, he needs glasses!" Over and over I watch the pitcher walk batter after batter and throw BP (batting practice) fastball after BP fastball." I think the same kind of thing happens to poker players. Once you start running bad, nothing hits because you are in a losing frame of mind. No hand will help you win, every hand you lose is due to a suckout.

Take a breather and maybe we'll get you in next game (next week!)

Go somewhere where you will not have access to a computer and get yourself nice and drunk.

When you make up tomorrow with a really, really bad hangover you can start to think about how you are going to ease your way back into low-limit poker again.

Also, try to come up with some sort of strategy to keep this from happening again. --- 3 buy-ins should not tilt unless maybe if they were three consecutive hands, three consecutive 2 outers.

Yeah I just destroyed my deposit codes so I cant now play online poker in about week untill I get new codes.. I think that was the first +ev play of the night.
Now im just going to chill out and try to figure out solutions to my poker problems which are(any suggestions welcome)

-Overvaluing suited hands

-Playing too loose from blinds

-Not folding when I know 99% sure im beated on

-Getting off the A-game very easilly

-Starting to blame others for misstake which are mostly because of my own stupid moves

-Not great physicall shape, I believ good physicall shape = good mental shape

-Playing when tired

-Trying to bluff retard-calling-station-fishes

Well I quess I would be pretty good player if I could overcome all those weakness

i really highly recommend reading "the tao of poker" or "zen and the art of poker" ..both by larry w. phillips.

yea the titles sound lame, but i promise, they will help you slow down, realize what you're doing....and evaluate your leaks.

good luck [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

Dropped $500 playing BJ to rebuild your bankroll???

I think you should ignore these posts about rebuilding in the micros and find a new hobby. You have a problem.

edit: re-read your post... $500 a round at BJ!!! You really have a gambling problem imo.
