Default How many times did i screw up on this hand?

No real reads on utg (35/5 for 45 hands) or mp1 (just sat down, never played w/before). Both sb and bb are tags.

PokerStars 0.25/0.50 Hold'em (8 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is Button with T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
UTG calls, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, MP1 calls, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, Hero calls, SB completes, BB checks.

Flop: (5 SB) 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(5 players)</font>
SB checks, BB checks, <font color="#CC3333">UTG bets</font>, MP1 calls, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises</font>, SB folds, BB folds, UTG calls, MP1 calls.

Right before I hit raise I was thinking knock these two tags out, don't let them stay in cheap or make me face a raise. I was also thinking double gutshot w/2nd nut flush draw and one overcard - I've got equity to raise here. (Did I? this is still a concept that's a bit(whole lot ) over my head.) Soon as I hit raise I regretted it. Should I have just called? I damn sure wasn't folding - correct?

Turn: (5.50 BB) K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">UTG bets</font>, MP1 folds, Hero calls.

I think I just got completely lost here. I was still sitting here wondering if my flop raise was correct. After calling I thought "Why the hell didn't you raise?"

River: (7.50 BB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">UTG bets</font>, Hero calls.

I was in tail tucked between the legs mode here. I was afraid utg had the flopped flush but had been scared to reraise the flop.

Final Pot: 9.50 BB

Thanks for any comments.

Results in white below: <font color="#FFFFFF">
UTG has 9d Ad (one pair, nines).
Hero has Td Ks (one pair, kings).
Outcome: Hero wins 9.50 BB. </font>

that's why the results are in white, so you don't have to peek.

Looks pretty good to me. Off the top of my head I think a turn raise would've been good. Also, the flop raise may have been bad as you would want to build a pot in this case; however, I would be scared that you would be drawing to the second nuts as someone may have ace of spades.

I'd probably play it the same way.

I don't think I'd raise the turn, but I can see an argument for it. The problem is that pulling a stop-n-go is all the rage lately, and it can mean anything. These yahoos will pull it with bottom pair, a draw, or the nuts. Since you could be up against a made flush already, and you only have one opponent left, I'd just call down.

you think i shoulda folded preflop?

please explain.

SSHE starting hand guide says to call any 2 &gt;= 10 from late position. I don't play exclusively by the guide but I was on the button w/2 limpers and at least a bb check. I know I would not like to see a raise from sb or bb but what the hell.

Ok, maybe that's what shadow meant. But I guess I'm just too damn weak. I don't see raising as a good option. K10o is not that great of a hand. I want to get in as cheaply as possible to see what the flop brings.

I was also fixin' to type I don't want the blinds to fold because that lowers my pot odds for playing the hand, but even if they do fold the two limpers are probably gonna come along so it's a wash. And a raise here might give me some more info on everyone else's holdings. Might even win the pot right here and that wouldn't be bad either.

I'll have to think about this one.

thanks
