Default Questionable Turn Decision

PokerStars 0.02/0.04 Hold'em (4 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is Button with Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
UTG calls, Hero calls, SB completes, BB checks.

Flop: (4 SB) J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (4 players)
SB bets, BB folds, UTG folds, Hero raises, SB calls.

Turn: (4 BB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB bets, Hero raises, SB 3-bets, Hero calls.

Was my raise here dumb?

River: (10 BB) 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB bets, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 12 BB

On another topic, what are some indicators that I am playing too many tables at once?

Looks good.

Too many tables? Inability to concentrate fully, not having good reads, playing like an idiot.

HU, I just call down. You are usually being bluffed into here, and you extract the max if you call down. If you aren't being bluffed into, you lose the least by calling down.
