Does anybody know how to say "hello" in Japanese? I did a quick google search, and the first three translators I found came up with nothing.

Isn't it "Moshi Moshi"? I'm not positive. [/ QUOTE ] I think that is casual and only on the phone. Whatever one uses, it's important to end with, "...Mr. Roboto." |

Moshi Moshi is how you answer the phone
Konnichiwa is "Good Day" Konbanwa is "Good Evening" O hayo gozaimasu is "How are you" (typical morning greeting) Hajime mashite is "pleased to meet you" (only used the first time you meet someone) |

Good morning: ohayo gozaimasu
Pronunciation as my last post, but ignore the 'u' at the end. |
