Default 5/5 suggestions

I'm playing my first 5/5 NL HE game tonight and have questions. How does strategy change because of two big blinds? Also, what's a reasonable bankroll and buy-in for this game?

If you need to ask these questions, I really don't think you should be playing $5/$5 NL.

You're both correct. I usually play .25/.50 but me and my poker buddies all got our tax returns and would rather gamble them away to each other rather than dumping them to non-friends in a casino. But no one has told me what's a good buy-in or bankroll.
