Default Gus Hansen skips town, owes 4 million...

Got this piece of gossip from a touring tournament pro yesterday. Apparently, Gus Hansen owes the "big game" $4 million spread out among a few of the regular players. He has been in Monte Carlo since the Bellagio 25K in order to avoid Doyle and Posse. I guess he is trying hard to make that much on PStars and at European casinos so he can come back and not be an outcast.

Why don't we just ask Sklansky how much he's made there?

He has not been in Europe since Monte Carlo, he played in the British Poker Open a few weeks ago and had flew in with Harry Demetriu from the US and was due to go back on the same flight as him later in the week.

Whether he is brok or not who knows but half of the rumour is definatly not true.

Must learn to read initial posts properly.

He came over here the few days after the Bellagio event so what I posted does seem to stand, although I can confirm he actually went back on the flight with HarryD.

Yeah, the Almighty can make some pretty slick plays. Almost seems like he knows what his opponents are holding.
Creepy...
