Default 66 in an MP

2-4 Paradise

ep calls I am in an MP with 66...I raise folds to the co he calls...button fold. small blinds 3 bets.... bb folds... ep calls.. I call.... co calls....

flop

6 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 2 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] q [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

SB bets out, Ep calls, I raise, co folds, sb calls, EP calls.

Turn

4 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

Sb bets out, ep folds, I raise, SB calls

River

7 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

checked to me, I bet, sb calls.

i don't see a problem with the way you played it. Another option would be to smooth call the flop and raise a non [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] turn.

there's nothing standard about raising 66 preflop there. thats just poor.

i open raise 66 from MP2/MP3 quite often.

I raised to get my odds to flop the set.... you need 5 in the hand or you have to raise.... if not then you have to fold...at least that's my understanding of the play with small pp...... would u just fold the 66 in a low limit game like this??
