Default Harrah\'s in Lake Charles, LA

Any other members make the trip form Houston or live in the area and beat the 5-5 NL game to death?

I know people who have driven the 3 hours from New Orleans and 2 hours from Baton Rouge, passing casinos that offer poker just to play with the donkeys at this Harrah's.

Ive been there and all the retard cowboys from Texas show up. I don't know if I would pass up the New Orleans casino though. The 15 omaha high game is a bingo fest, and I have heard the no limit game is pretty good to. I only know of one casino in Baton Rouge and it was a joke.

I played Isle of Capri today. Last time I tried Harrah's, there were only a few games going and there was a wait for them. Isle has a 1-3 NL and had 2 tables for awhile today.

Harrah's is the place to play now. Last Saturday they had 18 of the 21 tables going with 6 being NL. They even had a Half and Half PL Hold'em/Omaha going.

The Isle is doing renovations right now and the poker room is the size of a college dorm. I have no love for the Isle, plus I like taking the extra $100 off those donkeys at Harrah's. $200 max Isle - $300 max Harrah's

Any updates on this? I'm heading that way this weekend. Is the Isle still renovating?

I guess I'm planning on Harrah's, anyone know what limits they spread on the weekends?

Also are there any good early Saturday tourneys?
