Re: KK First Round...Try for small pot?
Just had the same type situation in the Party Quater Mil. Had KK and opened from cutoff to 90 with 10/15 blinds, SB bumped it to 200 and I pushed him in and he insta called with AA.

Re: KK First Round...Try for small pot?
And, maybe u should try to stick with playing a small pot because if all the chips go in u are often gonna look at AA

Re: KK First Round...Try for small pot?
you're losing all your chips against AA if you see a flop without an A anyways.

KK First Round...Try for small pot? [/ QUOTE ] no [ QUOTE ] Turn 3 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]...He checks and I bet 350 (Pot 810) Expert? [/ QUOTE ] Put him on a range. Do you see how most of his hands are either *exactly* QQ-TT or have an ace in them, more likely the latter? Now, if he calls, the river is the 2 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] and he bets 500/1000/pushes, can you fold? So his implied odds to call your turn bet when he has something like A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Kx or A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Jx are... |
