river decision.
villain is laggish preflop. i'm not sure how laggish post flop but he's definitely loose.
Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (6 max, 6 handed) converter Button ($38.35) SB ($30.05) BB ($93.45) Hero ($98.85) MP ($57.25) CO ($288.25) Preflop: Hero is UTG with Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $0.5. <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $4</font>, <font color="#666666">4 folds</font>, BB calls $3. Flop: ($8.50) T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font> <font color="#CC3333">BB bets $4</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $15</font>, BB calls $11. Turn: ($38.50) 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font> BB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $20</font>, BB calls $20. River: ($78.50) K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font> BB pushes $54.45 (All-In) hero... ?? anyone think i should play the turn differently? i wanted to bet to not give free cards but also be able to fold to a push. he has $75 at that point. |

Re: river decision.
I like the bet/fold to a raise line on turn. AT would likely call and even JJ at that point, only a better hand can raise. Only worse hand that might raise is JJ and it would be wrong. Probably got sucked out on on the river or slow played, either way you are most likly beat at this point.

Re: river decision.
Villain could conceivable play a flopped straight, set or two pair this way. There is really nothing you beat on the river, besides JJ. Let him take it.

Re: river decision.
The main problem is villain knows exactly what you have and you have no idea what he has.
