Same as me or different?
How about with 55,66,77 or 88? How does that change your play here? Yes, my play is the same.
7 handed, however, this is the lowest pocket pair I'm doing this with UNLESS, the blinds are going up on the very next hand. In that case, I'd push with any pp. |

Ship all of them.
55 you should be indifferent. A7+, 22+, all broadway calling ranges. I love my SNG Power Tools |

99 is an easy easy push here.
I would have pushed probably 66+, but after playing with Eastbay's thing for a while I think 55 is good and 44 might be good too. |

![]() I would push here too. Be careful pushing with 44+55 type hands. If you get called by hands that beat you, Im pretty sure it's -EV to push those. |

Well, by intuition anyway I agree. I thought 66+, but it is pretty hard to get -$EV with Eastbay's program with 55.

![]() Microbet I just wanted to check my numbers and it turns out that pushing 55 is -EV against ranges of 66+, ATs+ and AJo+ according to the program. I've done work on my own for situations like that and it has 66 as being +ev and 55 as usually being -ev, but the 55 situation should depend on the opponents range. |

Ok, probably not even worth another post. We are obviously talking about a real marginal decision and a fraction of a percent of $EV.
A range with PP's at 66+ for all other players is about the worst you can do for 55. |

Set them all to average {66+, ATs, AJo} (except the shorty who i made loose (any A, any pair, any broadway) 55 is a loser, 66-77 are in the both folding and pushing are reasonable range. 88+ is good. And this seems to sit well with my gut feel about the spot. A lot of this comes from the fact that with a really loose range you get called by worse hands way too much. With 7 players left, ChipEV is pretty close to $EV so those bad calls make you money. (Basically, coinflips don't hurt you and in fact make you $ since you are on the good side) Also, Eastbay program doesn't acount for overcalls which isn't a big deal on the bubble, but with 7 players is probably significant. (Much better chance of someone behind the initial caller waking up with a monster) |

[/ QUOTE ] Try setting a couple/few of them to call with 22+ instead of 66+ and 55+ will come out +$EV. I'm not sure what I will do gametime 4-tabling here. I think in practice it will be better to stick with 66+ or maybe 77+. |
