Get Inside the Poker Mind by John Feeney. It helped my game a lot.

I'm in the middle of both Improve Your Poker by Ciaffone and Getting the Best of It by Sklansky at the moment. I highly recommend both of them.

I'm reading Poker Gaming and Life by Sklansky right now and I love it. The Poker Essays are highly recomended and well as Inside the Poker Mind.

Although the names seem similar they are two completely different books. There are too many differences to name. To put it simply, there are enough of them to require two publishings.

POP is more a beginners book about the different types of opponents with sections on each one. You should get this first.
ITPM is more a good collection of essays. |
