Default MLB 4/4

I hope that posting my plays here brings me luck; we'll see. All plays are for 1 unit, laying 1 on underdogs and laying enough on favorites to win 1.

Early plays:

Pitt +125 at Hollywood. Perez is a winning April pitcher and posted a very good start in the last 10 days Milw is not making good contact and Sheets is a losing pitcher in April.

Det -169 at Hollywood. That's my absolute limit for a favorite, but Bonderman is pitching beautifullly and Det is hitting well. KC is not hitting. This play is purely on Bonderman

Back later with more. It's been a long off-season for me because there was no hockey, so I expect to be as active as a new puppy. Beware!

So far I have...

Brewers +120
A's +103
Cubs -1.5 (+125)

Only 5 bucks until I get a feel for things. Always loved baseball, but this is my first chance to bet on it.

Adding:

Oakland +103 at Hollywood. Zito pitching well in pre-season and is the dog; Lopez is 3-5 vs. Oak career. Balt is 10-20 vs. power pitching in the last 3 years.

SD at Col U12'-115 at BetJamaica. Nobody ever got rich betting the under in Colorado, but: Williams and Kennedy are both ground ball pitchers, they're both pitching well, and both teams are hitting poorly in late spring training. Okay, I'll take my chances.

I'm watching the line for NYM/Cin; leaning to Cin I'll probably bet it just before gametime, but Pedro scares me...

Adding:

Cin +135 at Skybook. Betting that Wilson continues his pre-season form and that Pedro is over-amped for the game. Home dog play as well.

Tampa Bay +113 at Skybook. Brazelton is great at home, 3-0 vs. Tor at home. Halladay is 6-10 in April. Home dog play. Also, Ray Sanchez is in the news far more than a backup infielder who can't hit should be. It may motivate the DevilRays.

That's it for me. 6 plays total. Good luck to everyone!

Except that it is "Alex Sanchez", an outfielder who was starting. However, I do agree with the bet, nevertheless.

I don't have an account at Hollywood but are you sure it wasn't PIT -125??

The other poster got MIL +120 and I debated taking MIL in this game as well and remember the line as being in that neighborhood.

I doubt you got PIT at +125 but I've been wrong before.

You're correct, Pitt -125. Typo due to opening day jitters...
