pocket 7s, too agressive with two overcards?
BB is LA-P, CO is LP-P, no reads on the rest. Main question is if the flop bet is too agressive with 4 players. I figured i should represent a king and then fold to a raise. Also check if i had more than one caller to the turn. Is this line good?

Re: pocket 7s, too agressive with two overcards?
No, with this drawy board this is perfect. Don't give a free card and don't allow yourself to get bluffed out of the pot on the river.
I would check behind on the river if called here. |

Re: pocket 7s, too agressive with two overcards?
I don't like your preflop raise. You have no read on UTG, there are many players left to act including some that you know to be loose. Postflop, you will frequently be out of position with more than 1 overcard on the board. I would just call and flop a set.
If I had raised, I would also play the flop and turn the same planning on folding to a turn checkraise or checking behind on the river if called. |
