Didn't play too much early - lost a couple of hundred chips to hands that missed, AK stole the blinds twice - but 30 minutes in, I called a minraise with TT and flopped a KQT board. Naturally, the aces doubled me up.

Had one more set I didn't make much off and then lost about 700 to a blind battle, so 5K at the break.

I'm at a table full of calling stations and guys who make pot sized steals every single time you check to them, but I'm not getting any hands to do anything about it. [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

Down to 1900. Havent been higher than 3300.

Played mediocre and managed to fold the best hand at least once (maybe twice) in the second hour, but won the one key flip I was in and some big hands took down some blinds.

10K at the break - 9K median but I'm 127 of 349. Figures to be another 90 minutes to the money.

I need a double quickly in this hour. Was up to 8K then a bad play with 77, and a blind steal gone wrong I am @ the T3100 I mentioned above.

How bout a triple up in 2 hands. Stole blinds first hand. Raise again 1 off button to 3x BB leaving me with 2200 with A5o. Get raised all in by BB. Figure KQ is feasible, not to mention half my stack is in the middle. Anyhoo, 5 on flop, up to 9K, what a lucksack I am.

Meeeeehhh. Never had such a card dead hour in my life and the big stacks were raising/reraising in front every time I had so much as 22. Finally picked up AK, push after a big stack raises in front, he turns over...another AK and we split.

Finally push AQ UTG, get called by jacks that spike a set, and out in 131'st.

That was a frustrating tourney. AA once (blinds), JJ twice (blinds), a lot of AK's that mostly got the blinds...oh well.

I'm out.

Folded everything for two levels and then rivered a set of J's that made a gutshot straight for the villain. Picked up AK two hands later and lost my few remaining chips to A8.
